Objective: take part in the freeride junior tour and others (Open ski tour)
Freeride training: all-terrain skiing technique, fluidity, control and safety, jumping - Depending on conditions: piste skiing technique
FJT" competition training : role-playing, filming
Snow and mountain knowledge: risk reduction method, use of avalanche transceiver and bag.
Freestyle: snowpark and backcountry freestyle
Supervision: qualified ski instructor Training sessions

Circuit : Competition calendar (optional) - FJT La Rosiere 2* early January - FJT Chamonix 2* late January - FJT Avoriaz 2* around 21 March - Club esf la Clusaz mid March - Nendaz 3*....
Licence and races: - Individual "freeride junior tour" licence (€40 in 2019)
Individual race registration (approx. €100/race) for around 2 to 6 races - Travel expenses to be taken into account
Supervision: Bruno Pezet, esf instructor. FJT coach for 2 years. Former "Derby de la meije" and "defi foly" winner. Former "Rip Curl" racer

- From the 22th to the 27th of December: 9am to 1.30pm - From the 23rd to the 28th of February: from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm - Sundays 29/12 5,12,19 26 of January -- the 2,9 and 16th of February ---the 9, 23 and 30th of March: from 9.00am to 12.00pm

How to choose my ski pass
Personal ski insurance (snow card, other) is compulsory
Compulsory equipment: freeride skis, back protector, helmet
Rucksack (with avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe, binoculars) compulsory
Recommendations
In the event of insufficient participants, the esf reserves the right to cancel the course.
